Flat Left Wrist #1 Imperative throughout the golf strokeFlat Left Wrist

One vital element in a Machine-Like golf swing is a Flat Left Wrist through impact.

The Flat Left Wrist is mandatory through impact and some believe (definitely including myself) that it should be Mandatory throughout the stroke.

Flat in this instance means "in line with the forearm". The golf stroke has Three Imperatives, Flat Left Wrist, Clubhead Lag Pressure Point and a Straight Plane Line.

John Allan May author of numerous articles on The Golfing Machine has contributed regularly to Golf Monthly Magazine for about 10 years and has also written for Golf Illustrated Magazine.
